Before you get there
When and where is the TML Annual Conference?
The TML Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place October 29-31 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The Center is located at 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
When will attendee registration and housing open?
Attendee registration and housing will open on Tuesday, July 29, at 10:00 a.m. central.
What is the attendee cancellation policy for conference registration?
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, TML will provide a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee, upon receipt of your written cancellation notice. Please send your cancellation notice via email to acct@tml.org by September 9. No refunds will be honored after September 9, no exceptions will be made, and meal tickets are nonrefundable.
Important Note: Canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservations. You must cancel hotel reservations separately. The TML Housing Bureau must receive all cancellations in writing to kbhousing@keybookings.org on or before September 9. 2025 to avoid penalty. Cancellations received after September 9 will be charged a $75 cancellation fee by the housing bureau. This fee will be charged within seven days of cancellation. In addition, cancellations received after October 7, 2025, will also be subject to a one-night’s room and tax penalty by your confirmed hotel.
What is included in the conference registration fee?
The attendee registration fee includes access to educational sessions, the exhibit hall grand opening, exhibit hall access, and the TML Risk Pools’ Breakfast (separate ticketed event, no charge). Tickets for meal functions are not included.
A one-day registration option is available to anyone who would like to attend Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday activities only. The fee includes access to educational sessions and the exhibit hall on the day for which you registered. Tickets for meal functions are not included.
I bought a meal ticket – how can I find out about food accommodations?
If you require a meal accommodation due to allergies, religious observance, etc., please contact Heather Ford at ford@tml.org no later than September 29 to make your request. All requests received by September 29 will be accommodated as best as the caterer is able, and you will be emailed a special meal card to present to your server onsite. Certain meals may cost more than the main course being served. In that case, you will be billed separately for the difference in cost.
Will speaker handouts be available?
Yes. Concurrent session handouts received by TML prior to the conference will be added to this website and in the conference app as they are received.
Does TML share the conference attendee registration list with external organizations?
TML offers 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition sponsors and supporters a one-time pre- and post-conference use of the attendee mailing list to be used in conjunction with the conference. The mailing list is provided only to sponsors and supporters and includes these details for all full registrants: first/last name, position/titles, city, and physical mailing address. The list also includes the email address only for attendees who opt-in to share their email when they register.
If you receive a suspicious email from a company claiming to have access to the TML Annual Conference attendee list, they have no association with TML or our Annual Conference, nor do they have access to our 2024 Annual Conference registration list or member database. We recommend that you do not respond to the sender or click on any links in the email. Responding to these emails (even to “unsubscribe”) confirms to the sender that they have reached a valid email address.
You can block the sender, delete the email, and report scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division.
