Registration Fees
Attendee: The fee includes access to educational sessions, the exhibit hall grand opening, the exhibit hall, and the TML Risk Pool Breakfast (you must indicate attendance below), as well as refreshment breaks. Tickets for meal functions are not included.
One-Day Registration: A one-day registration option is available to attend Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday activities only.

Cancellation Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, TML will provide a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee, if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by September 29.
No refunds will be honored after September 29, no exceptions will be made, and meal tickets are nonrefundable.
